The Chairman of the Edo State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Mallam Musah Muhammad Uduimoh, currently in Saudi Arabia with Edo Pilgrims for the 2025 Hajj, sends his profound congratulations to His Excellency, Governor Monday Okpebholo, on his resounding victory at the Court of Appeal today, Thursday, May 29, 2025.
In a statement released from the Holy Land to Sparknewline9ja LTD, Mallam Uduimoh noted that the Court of Appeal’s decision to uphold Governor Okpebholo’s mandate given to him by Edo people, is a monumental affirmation of justice and the integrity of our electoral process, adding that, it is the will of Allah.
According to him, "Power and authority belong to Allah. He gives it to whoever He wishes. Also, this ruling is a clear testament to the will of the people and a victory for democracy in Edo State,”
