The Managing Director of Edo State Investment Promotion Office (ESIPO), Hon. Amen Odigie, extends heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Governor Monday Okpebholo, on the resounding victory at the Court of Appeal today, Thursday May 29, 2025.
In a statement, Hon Odigie noted that the decision by the Court of Appeal to allow Governor Okpebholo’s cross-appeal, invalidate, set aside, and strike out the record of proceedings concerning 133 BVAS machines tendered by Mr. Ighodalo and the PDP, is a monumental affirmation of justice and the integrity of our electoral process.
According to him, "We commend the judiciary for their thoroughness and impartiality in delivering this landmark judgment. Governor Okpebholo can now focus even more intently on his transformative agenda for the state, without the distractions of legal battles."
