Dr. Bello Oshiomeghie Lawal, the Head of Department and Lecturer-in-Charge of the Computer Engineering Department at Edo State University, Uzairue, has praised Dr. Idris Aisha Sima as a "shining star of Islam."
Dr. Sima, a native of Zaira, Kaduna State, was recently honoured as the Overall Best Graduating Student in the MB;BS Class of 2024 in Edo State University, Uzairue.
Dr. Bello while speaking with *sparknewsmedia* expressed his admiration for Dr. Sima's exceptional academic achievements and her commitment to her faith. He highlighted her outstanding performance in all ten departmental courses, including Anatomy, Medical Biochemistry, Human Physiology, Pathology, Pharmacology & Therapeutics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Community Medicine, Medicine, and Surgery.
Dr. Bello emphasized, "Dr. Sima's success is not only a testament to her intellectual prowess but also a reflection of the values and principles she has learned from her religion, Islam. Her unwavering dedication, coupled with her strong faith, has enabled her to overcome challenges and achieve remarkable accomplishments" Dr Bello noted.
The Edo State University community has expressed immense pride in Dr. Sima's achievements. Her unwavering dedication, intellectual brilliance, and outstanding contributions to the medical field serve as an inspiration to aspiring professionals, particularly Muslim sisters who seek to excel in their chosen fields.
