Among these is Sir Owaen Fred Itua, a man whose intellect, discipline, and unwavering commitment have consistently strengthened the foundation of the present administration.
As the immediate past Chief Press Secretary to His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, the Executive Governor of Edo State, Sir Fred Itua demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a remarkable understanding of governance communication. His calm disposition, strategic clarity, and ability to articulate policy directions with precision made him a central force in shaping public confidence during the administration’s critical early phase.
