The New Building Materials Sellers Association (NBMSA), Edo State chapter, has congratulated one of its own, Mr. Paul Chukwurah Ubah on his recent appointment as a Senior Special Assistant (SSA) by the Edo State Government.
In a statement signed by the Association’s President, Gon Osahon Iguodala Gabriel (Able President), the group described Paul’s appointment as “well-deserved and a milestone achievement.”
The statement read, "On behalf of the entire members of the New Building Materials Sellers Association, Edo State, we wish to congratulate you on your well-deserved appointment by the Edo State Government of Nigeria,”
“You shall excel in your appointment and office, for this is indeed a milestone. Once again, congratulations,”
Mr. Paul, a prominent businessman and community leader, has held several leadership positions within trade and civic organizations in Edo State.
He was the last Chairman of the Cooke Road Traders Association, first President and later President Emeritus of the New Building Materials Sellers Association, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the same association.
He is also a life member and Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Monee International Modern Market Association, Benin City, and Leader of the Christian Market Fellowship, Edo State Chapter (Cooke Road branch).
Beyond the marketplace, Mr. Paul has also played key roles in political mobilization, notably serving as Coordinator and Leader of the Senator Matthew Urhoghide Campaign Machinery for the Forestry, Cooke Road, and Mission Road, New Benin axis.
The Association’s leadership expressed confidence that Mr. Paul will bring his wealth of experience, integrity, and dedication to bear in his new role, contributing meaningfully to the vision of the Edo State Government.
