Muslim Pilgrims Board's Chairman Hosts Special Prayers for Edo Govt, Intending Pilgrims in Jattu

The Chairman of the Edo State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Mallam Muhammad Uduimoh, recently organized a special prayer session for the Edo State Government and the intending pilgrims from the state. 

The spiritual event, which held at Uzairue Central Mosque in Jattu Uzairue, aimed at expressing gratitude for the government's support and ensuring a successful pilgrimage for the intending pilgrims from Edo State.

The prayer session was led by the esteemed Chief Imaam of Uzairue Kingdom, Mallam Muhammad Abdullah Shuaib. He offered heartfelt supplications for the continued progress and well-being of the Edo State Government, acknowledging their support for the Pilgrims Welfare Board.

Joining him in prayer were other prominent religious figures, including the Deputy Chief Imam of Uzairue, Mallam Muhammad Dangana; the Chairman of the Edo North Council of Imaams and Ulamas, Sheikh Imam Zakariyahu Musah; Dr. Muhammad Adima, the Mufassir of Uzairue Kingdom, and numerous other faithful.

The event also saw enthusiastic participation from members of the United Muslim Youth Association of Nigeria (UMYAN) and the Women Muslim Forum, demonstrating a unified spirit within the Edo State Muslim community.

In his address, Mallam Muhammad Uduimoh emphasized the significance of the prayer session. 

According to him, "We have decided to organize this prayer session for the Edo State government for the support so far since we came on board. 

He further added, "We also deemed it necessary to pray for the intending pilgrims for a successful journey as the days to travel to Saudi Arabia are drawing closer."

The prayer session underscores the Edo State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board's commitment to the well-being of the intending pilgrims and their appreciation for the collaborative relationship with the state government as preparations for the upcoming pilgrimage season intensify.
