The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has announced the creation of a Public Complaints Unit at all its Zonal Directorates and the Corporate Headquarters.
This was disclosed in a press statement issued recently by Dele Oyewale, Head of Media & Publicity.

According to the statement, this move, initiated by the Commission's Executive Chairman, Mr. Ola Olukoyede, aims to strengthen the EFCC's connection with the public and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.

The statement further stated that the newly established unit will be staffed by specially trained officers who will be responsible for receiving and addressing complaints from the public regarding any aspect of the Commission's operations. This initiative is expected to bridge the communication gap between the EFCC and the general public, fostering a more transparent and accountable relationship.

Mr. Olukoyede encouraged members of the public to utilize this platform to voice their concerns or grievances related to the Commission's activities. He assured that all issues raised will be thoroughly investigated and addressed.

Information about the telephone numbers of the Public Complaints Desk can be found on the EFCC's official website and social media platforms.
